V24

V24 is definitely the best update yet, it includes:

-A bunch of re-textures

-made things that are suppose to be shiny actually shiny

-added more cosmetics

-added dev face cosmetic

-added mod face cosmetic

-made all the head models that show cosmetics look like the player
